2 cups turnip cubes , peeled
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

How to make Shalgam ki subzi
- Shalgam or turnips are a popular winter root vegetable so, it tends to have mud stuck to it. Scrub and wash them well.
