2 tsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

- Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove in a bowl and keep aside to cool slightly.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into 50 mm. (2”) oval flat kebab.
- Place all the kebabs on a hot non-stick tava (griddle).
- Cook them using 1 tsp of oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

It turned out ok.Good as evening snack for kids. Ate with samosa chutney instead of green chutney.Needed more than 2tbsp oil even after cooking in non stick pan.
