Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. ๐

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin ๐ญ we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to sh*te versions of both. ๐

@hankspears @bt_uk @Plusnet Sorry to hear it, Hank - yes, itโs still down, but BT seem to now be addressing it as a local outage rather than a fault for any individual customer - so will hopefully be sorted soonโฆ supposedly weโll get a temporary 4G transmitter tomorrow. Perhaps Plusnet could do the same?

I switched from sky to plusnet. Sky all worked fine. Plusnet took over and no landline and no broadband Faulty line. Fine before. Earliest fix date=no pay. No fix til fri pm. No landline no Internet no mobile signalTotally cut off at home @plusnet @UswitchUK

@Plusnet I've done the 'text to switch' to u, sent u my pac number, u've emailed to say my sim is on its way but it has a completely different mob. number on the email, does that mean my number hasn't transferred? It said you cancel with my old provider too is that right? Thx
