So after receiving my @Xfinity bill this week. I realized I’ve been paying double what I should’ve been paying for my service just for extra data throughout the month. So I added the unlimited data to my plan which also comes with higher speeds. Hopefully it ups my gaming also😅

@ZBudych A phone line was part of the package with Xfinity. I never plugged a phone into the modem but with caller ID, everytime someone calls it shows up on the TV screen. Mostly robo calls and a few people trying to reach the people who had the number before me.

@SameOldShane Comcast tried to charge me a disconnect fee even after giving me, in writing, that I would not be charged it because I ... MOVED TO A DAMN STATE THEY ARE NOT EVEN IN! ...Yeah.. I hate them.

@TheAspenTimes Be absolutely certain, Comcast doesn't care about your service, they only care about the money they can get from you. Unless Basalt starts penalizing them, nothing will change. They know how fast things are being built, they are just failing to keep ahead of it. It's all on them.

The internet always drops around this time. I'm assuming because so many people are logging in to work /school. Internet really sucks around this time. Tells me @Xfinity can't handle this many people at one time. Why am I paying so much for slow internet? Are they run by ERCOT?

Omfg....got my comcast bill and they charged me for the remaining balance of center ice, that I canceled last month...immediately called and the nicest lady corrected the problem for me....thankfully
