The offense is too good for anything less than 6-10 imo.... The Oline is top notch and we have actually have really good backups on the line, receivers are top notch and each one brings something different, the running game should be good, Tight Ends should be good, the only concern is Romo's back which while I do think it'll be a factor, i don't think it will bring down the offense.

I think we'll run through the divisional games easy again.... Just gotta worry about everyone else THE OFFICIAL 2024 DALLAS COWBOYS OFF-SEASON THREAD || Full Schedule Revealed (2). I'm expecting another second place finish in the division.

If coach Roddy or Bruce Bruce Carter and Moe C don't produce though? THE OFFICIAL 2024 DALLAS COWBOYS OFF-SEASON THREAD || Full Schedule Revealed (4) we might have the worst defense to ever touch a football field. This I'm aware of.

We almost had the worst statistical defense of all time last year... Now we're down Sean Lee, Demarcus Ware, Jason Hatcher, and Scandrick... Yikes.

My buddy (Cowboys die-hard) is selling me on B.W. Webb. Know he's athletic, but lacks technique. Still raw with coverage skills despite agility.

I actually don't think he even makes the 53

He should play a lot against Baltimore and Miami.

That's true but going off the two days I was at camp it seems like they rather have Mitchell get the snaps in practice

We'll see. I'm backing Mitchell, my buddy is all-in on Webb.

I really hope one of them can distance themselves since we will need a slot corner for four games

I also like Webb for special teams but I don't think that will cut it

**** Shannon Sharp. He didn't win his sb's until AFTER the Cowboys had their run. Lame-o.

That was Terrell Davis super bowl he just played a supporting role

He did revolutionize the TE position though

Whatever you feel like he did or didn't do, he is SIGNIFICANTLY better than any of the dog **** we are running out there this year.

And Scandrick was our best player in the secondary last year and it wasn't close. Now he's gone for a month. Oh boy.

When healthy I'll give you that, **** when healthy he may be the best to ever suit up but he hasn't been in the last two+ years he literally played for two and a half games last year and then took up space for the final 14

They don't have a choice with Scandrick gone, he'll have to be on the roster unless we only want to go with 3 CBs

If (when?) Romo gets hurt, we may not win another game from that point on...

We are in a scary, scary place.

idk how effective Romo is going to be anway, his back is still ****** up, dude has looked terrible so far

rather have Manziel right now but these are the cards I have been dealt

I wonder if this franchise could even properly evaluate QB talent in the draft next year, they struggled for years in that area and got lucky Parcells kept some UDFA around

Some all yall act as though every team on our schedule has the '85 Bears defense and 2013 Broncos offense.
This season rest solely on whether or not our leaders can stop making dumb *** decisions in the final minutes of games.
Handle the end of the Lions game better and we're 9-7.
Don't throw a pick at the end of the Broncos game and we're 10-6.
Have a better second half game plan against Green Bay, we're 11-5.
Play some damn football and stop trying to be so smart with your play calling in Kansas City, we're 12-4.
This team has potential. I'm excited about this season.

wish I had that positive outlook, but not with the personnel we have on defense and one hit away from losing our QB

When have our "leaders" ever made smart decisions outside of 2007 and 2009 though??? Our "leaders" lack mental toughness and it's been that way for quite some time which should explain the 6-10 followed by three straight 8-8 seasons.

I want to believe but right now with the way our D is looking, we'll make A LOT of teams look like 2013 Broncos just like we did last season.
