Hi @EarthLink I’d been on the phone for 45 mins trying to add a static IP to my 1Gb fiber service. I was transferred 4x for being in the wrong dept. The last agent said I need a new installation of fiber to upgrade to static IP. Somehow I think that’s not correct. So what is?

I put up with @EarthLink’s non-existent spam blocking and poor email delivery for years. But not receiving emails at all is a ridiculous failure. How can a tech company be so inept in 2020?

@spreadthemesg @EarthLink Earthlink didn't really explain what they meant....Probably should have said - any emails we already have will not be lost.... like what's already in your email account - vs any emails attempted during the outsage, which basically "never existed"

@EarthLink @ps56k Well thats a problem. I couldn't possibly know all the emails that I didn't get so I can tell them to resend. I have been very patient. I have no way on webmail to access my acct. All I can do is access it through the Mobil app.
