It can be quite challenging to figure out what exactly to eat on vegan Candida diet[link]. You have the list of foods to avoid as well as foods to eat on Candida diet, but what to make out of it? When to eat what and how much? And how to prepare it? Overwhelming, right? You need vegan Candida recipes!
In order to inspire you and give you the what, when and how; I’ve gathered all my Candida recipes under this new category. My vegan Candida recipes exclude the following foods:
- gluten grains (wheat, spelt, rye, kamut, farro, barley);
- brewer’s/baker’s yeast;
- vinegar (only apple cider vinegar is included)
- sugar and sugar substitutes (only stevia and xylitol are allowed),
- alcohol, coffee, and black tea,
- dried fruits and sweet fruits.

Not all the recipes under this category are suited for Candida cleanse period, but I provide substitution info whenever possible. Read more on what foods to eat and which ones to avoid during Candida Cleanse[link] and what can be brought back into your menu in Reintroduction phase[link].
